Using our brand knowledge and fundamental understanding of our clients, we work as a team to provide quality representation and PR, supported by in-depth research and a wealth of experience in the travel industry.
Our strengths lie in our core areas: representation, PR, consumer marketing, digital PR and social networking, MICE and crisis management. By taking an innovative approach to travel representation based on sound reasoning, we are able to capture the imagination of the media and our clients' target audiences. We offer stand-alone service as well as integrated campaigns to promote our clients on multiple platforms and in creative ways. Once we know your organisation inside out, we create plans customised to your needs that will ensure that your business travels further.
Hills Balfour works closely with all clients to develop challenging yet realistic performance measures to ensure the best possible results in line with your Key Performance Indicators and overall objectives. We take pride in our work and thrive on seeing tangible results from our marketing and PR campaigns, as well as facilitating a brand's speedy recover from an unforeseeable crisis to ensure return on investment goes far beyond expectations.

After graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in English and Media, I worked as an intern at a variety of top women’s publications. I moved into PR after discovering a love of the interactive, people-based demands of the industry. An internship over London Fashion Week led me into a role at a fashion PR agency, specialising in the PR for emerging and upcoming fashion designers.
