We are looking for reliable and confident PA to support the CEO from June for a 12-month maternity cover. This role is fast paced and varied where no two days are the same. The role includes diary management, organising appointments and meetings, arranging national and international travel, accommodation and processing expenses. You will also be responsible for email management, composing business letters and correspondence, and arranging and attending meetings, preparing agendas as well as minute taking. You must have experience of arranging conference calls and video conferences and acting as the gatekeeper whilst handling all incoming queries. Duties will also include compiling Board reports on a quarterly basis and coordinating New Business proposal deadlines and applications. You will also be asked to assist the HR Director with PA duties on an ad hoc basis.

The right applicant must have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar PA role with excellent command of the English language. You must be able to multitask and have in-depth knowledge of using Excel, PowerPoint and Word. You will also have excellent interpersonal and organising skills with the ability to multitask and fulfil all assignments with the utmost tact and discretion.
