Hills Balfour releases are always worth reading. Their launches and press trips have been the most enjoyable, and the most imaginative. I have no hesitation in recommending them as one of the best travel PR agencies I deal with.

At a time when consumers have more choice than ever before about where and when to spend their hard-earned cash, and are more savvy about the type of holidays and experiences they are looking for, it is vital that a destination retains an on-going presence in its key markets, in both good economic times and bad.
A good representation company will keep a destination front of mind, open essential trade and consumer doors, and ensure a steady flow of media visits and coverage.
Hills Balfour’s reputation among UK travel professionals and the industry media is unrivalled. It has a track record of excellence that is not based on the impressive number of destinations it represents but on the quality, professionalism and sheer weight of innovative ideas that are contributed by its line-up of talented account executives

Hills Balfour is the pre-eminent travel and tourism PR agency in the UK without a single, tiny flicker of a shadow of a doubt. They have the best clients, the best staff and - most importantly - the best ideas.
In the five years I have worked with them, I have found their grasp of what makes a good story to be impeccable. Many of the very best stories - travel or otherwise - I have been involved in, either writing or commissioning - or even just reading - have been Hills Balfour productions.
There is a reassuring stamp of class about everything the company does and I would not hesitate for a single second in wholeheartedly recommending them to anybody and everybody looking for representation in this field.
There's actually a semi-official Hills Balfour appreciation society among London's travel writing fraternity. It's called everybody.

Through my work as Tourism Ambassador for Tourism Malaysia, I have had a lot of dealings with Hills Balfour and always find them to be efficient and creative in their approach. Their professionalism is always apparent and they have no difficulty in securing top level media for press events and conferences. I myself have received many quality media interview requests through Hills Balfour, which has not only increased the positive publicity for my country, but also raised my personal profile in the UK.

In 2010, Charity Challenge organised a celebrity trek to Machu Picchu in Peru for Denise Van Outen, Fearne Cotton, Alexandra Burke, Amanda Byram and Gabriella Cilmi, in aid of Breast Cancer Care. The logistics were huge, and we came to rely on Hills Balfour for their support and advice in their role as representatives for PromPeru. The trip was a huge success and we anticipate an increase in bookings for our Peru challenges in 2011 of around 300%.

The Times’ fashion department has worked with Hills Balfour on several occasions. They are one of the few travel PR specialists that approach us with creative and innovative ideas for features, news and fashion shoots. I’m impressed by how their reach extends beyond travel journalism and I’d be more than happy to recommend them to any of my colleagues and look forward to working with them more in the future.

Hills Balfour is an outstanding agency who we always enjoy the opportunity to work with.
From their exciting portfolio of clients, to a truly innovative and free-thinking team of staff, they are an agency who we relish working on projects with. They truly understand their clients' needs and most importantly understand my clients' needs. Which for a tour operator looking to introduce destinations and companies to a discerning audience is just about as good as it gets.

I’ve worked with the PR team at Hills Balfour to arrange bespoke press trips to destinations as diverse as Peru, Bhutan, India and Uganda. I am in regular contact with them and they are forever suggesting ideas that fit my needs as a writer and as a conservationist. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

What I have done...
I have always loved travel and adventure and spent a lot of my childhood travelling around America, Europe and South Africa. I completed a degree at the University of Manchester in Fashion and Textile Retail and went on to work in the Fashion Industry for 4 years, but after spending all of my breaks from work looking for the next adventure, I realised that my heart really lies in travel. I am very excited to be starting my career with Hills Balfour.
What I do now...
I work as a Sales and Marketing Account Executive for a diverse range of accounts including Kenya, Qatar and Fort Lauderdale.
What I do for Fun...
Living in London all my life, I love heading out of town for the weekend; climbing in Snowdonia, surfing in Cornwall or just going down to Norfolk with a few friends for walks along the coast and indulging in pub lunches. I am also a keen runner and one of my best memories is running across the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco at Sunrise.
What I bring to Hills Balfour...
A love of Travel and Adventure, of course. Having worked in Fashion, I bring a different perspective and approach to situations and a fresh pair of eyes.
