Challenge:

Jumeirah Group needed to diversify into the 4-star lifestyle market. Targeting the millennial generation, who demand very different experiences from the brand they choose to stay with, they are competing in an incredibly tough environment. We needed to build a brand and operation around this unique group and what was important to them.

 

Solution:

We worked with the group CCO and COO to create a brand that would drive the foundation of the entire business operation. A brand that captured the heart of new Dubai - the most cosmopolitan and dynamic city in the world.  The brand will drive the operational decisions of the entire new business and what it will offer globally when it opens its doors.
